2003 Nissan Pathfinder. drivers side front and rear speakers go on and off intermittently. Where to I begin to look?

if you can, try checking your speakers and speaker wires for bad connections or broken wires. if you can get to the back of the radio try wiggling the wire harness and see if it cuts in and out then.
