Hello I have an Alpine IVA-W205 I have tried many cds and Dvds and it reads Disc Error on all but one Disc it also reads a cd cleaner fine but even after the cd cleaner it wont read anything except the two you can here the cds spinning but after maybe 5 or 6 seconds it says disc error sometimes faster the Radio is in good condition and everything else works fine although I have not hooked up the Gps I do not have one for it but that should not matter anyways please any advice I have read throught the owners manual and it is not under warranty thank you

It seems your laser pick up is bad, you can get a replacement part and switch it out yourself if you know how to do such things, the part cost $34.66 + shipping at the Pac Parts website. Good luck to you.
