Year, make, model, and engine size? Was all that stuff working before you installed your new radio and speakers?

I'll see if I can find you a wiring diagram.
In the mean time check the factory radio plug for power with a volt meter or test light with the key on. Also there are a couple of ground wires it the kick panel area on both driver & passenger sides, make sure those are tight. Also since it sounds like everything was working before, go back and double & triple check your work...

To find you a diagram I will need to know what type of system you have, base model, model with name brand speakers, 6 speaker system, there is just too many to post.

The one fuse I find common is #3, a 20a that supplies power to the radio & BCM. When you say you used a meter, I'm assuming you pulled the fuses & used an ohm meter, which is the best way but most people don't do that...

For my own piece of mind if you could change outs fuses #3 #6 & #9 (with the correct rating) with known good fuses before we move on, I would appreciate it....

Maybe popped the fuses adding the new stereo?
