Ford Taurus 2005 car radio

Ford Taurus, 3.0 V6 , with 190000 miles.Radio will not get any stations, just a hissing sound. Radio is original equipment. The CD works perfectly. Had this problem when car was in warranty and problem was fixed. Now it is on the blink again. What can it be. ?

Might save a hunt - do you know what fixed it the first time? Does the thing show radio stations at all but not working or nothing? Antennae may be the issue,

The radio shows all the station numbers. But no sound, just a hissing. When it went down under warranty they tried replacing the whole thing but problems arose. When they put the new radio in the the air bag light kept coming on. After about 3 tries the guy said they just fixed the original one and put it back in. Been working find till now but of course no warranty. The problem is the same as before.

Not sure what to say now except perhaps find out where it was fixed the first time if possible. If anything radio and air bag is related I just don't know why?
