Car stereo lost power Sign In

Ok, so two weeks ago my stereo shut off while driving and hasn't turned on since. The fuse to the radio wasn't blown, and neither was the fuse in the back of the stereo. I replaced the wiring clip that plugs into the back of the stereo since it wasn't getting power when I tested it. Also, every time I put the voltage tester to the red wire in back of the stereo the fuse in the fuse box blew out. Anyway, I took it apart and found a red wire with a burn mark and a hole in it, taped that up and still have no power but the fuse doesn't blow when I test it. Also I replaced the wiring harness and nothing. Any ideas? please help
