The fuse to the radio wasn't blown, and neither was the fuse in the back of the stereo. I replaced the wiring clip that plugs into the back of the stereo since it wasn't getting power when I tested it. Also, every time I put the voltage tester to the red wire in back of the stereo the fuse in the fuse box blew out. Anyway, I took it apart and found a red wire with a burn mark and a hole in it, taped that up and still have no power but the fuse doesn't blow when I test it. Also I replaced the wiring harness and nothing.
