ive had this problem for a couple years now and id like to get to the bottom of it. if its something i can fix or a rough price to fix it.

Going to be hard to tell you what that is from a video of a noise. Have heard this type of noise from a number of things. You can try safely jacking up and supporting that side of the car and turning the wheel by hand (would require vehicle to be in neutral with park brake set and wheels blocked). Or pulling off that wheel and doing a visual check. Things I would look at - is the dust shield bent and contacting the brake rotor? are there any foreign objects?, does the sound come from the spindle/hub area or somewhere else?
Do you have a pulsation in your brakes when you apply them?
