While hoisted note any free play. Even trashed bearings have some time where they wont show free play but when spun would make a distinct sound. Hard to say - could be an exhaust issue?? Don't be afraid of getting some pro help even if just diagnosis if you are capable of fixing it yourself, T PS: In nothing else make sure wheels are properly tight! Try this, drive straight until the noise starts ans then swerve left to right. If the noise gets louder one direction and quieter to the opposite direction, it's likely a bearing. Don't rule out the tires either.
