post locked   What is this noise?

There's a noise that happens only when the car gets put into Drive and Reverse. It's had the drive belt, cambelt, pulleys and water pump changed 4 months ago.
I went for a long drive and woke up the next morning to this noise.
It gets louder and higher pitched when driving.

This is a recording of the noise it's making.
It seems to be coming from the top-centre of the engine.

It wouldn't play for me at all IDK why? Try another or have this listened to in person if you can't just see a problem that would make this mystery noise.
A clue might be if anything was done recently to this what would have been take apart or out of the way to do that?

Noises are tough over web vs being there if this all worked perfectly,

you could turn your radio up louder , just kidding, engines recorded sound completely different. i have recorded my my cars in videos and they always sound like a sewing machine or something. I would go by a dealer and let them listen, if they just did work its under warranty and especially if it was not there before the work AND if its a timing belt you dont wantthat to break especially if you have an interferance engine,
