Vibration Sign In

When I am stopped at a light or stop sign my car seems to shake like it wants to turn off, but it doesn't. I have had the problem checked and noone can seem to find a problem. Do you think something is possible wrong with the engine or transmission. Someone also suggested I try changing or checking my gas fluids and get a tune up. What do you think? The car iis a 99 Chevy Caviler.
Thanks

Re: Vibration Sign In

The only thing I can suggest is to take the car into a shop and have a professional check out the noises and vibration. Sitting here and not being able to feel or hear your car it’ll be anybody’s guess as to the cause.
Be up front with them and tell them that all you want is for them to diagnose the problem(s) and give you an estimate.
After you have that, post back here, between all of us that frequent the site we should be able to give you our opinion. As to whether their diagnosis sounds feasible and that the costs are inline.
You never know, we maybe able to help you fix it on your own after we know what the cause is.

There should be an automatic idle speed solonoid. It could be at fault or the information via computer but if that was so most of the time you would have a "check engine" light on. T
