Sign In Hello all, I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus and recently it has been making a kind've scratchy noise when I come out of a dip in the road, almost like the body or something in the back is coming down on the lower area of the car. I had my sister ride with me the other night and she heard it as well. For some reason, it doesn't do it when I go over sewer tops or pot holes really, just dips in the road for the back to bounce up. I had the struts and shocks replaced because the car place said that was the problem, but it is still doing it, any ideas?
