Hello all, I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus and recently it has been making a kind've scratchy noise when I come out of a dip in the road, almost like the body or something in the back is coming down on the lower area of the car. I had my sister ride with me the other night and she heard it as well. For some reason, it doesn't do it when I go over sewer tops or pot holes really, just dips in the road for the back to bounce up. I had the struts and shocks replaced because the car place said that was the problem, but it is still doing it, any ideas?

Exhaust system parts hitting anything? Wiggle around with the tailpipe and see if you can recreate the noise,
