Noise from front, please help

Hello,
I have a 2005 Ford F150 Stx with a Triton 4.6 motor.
A noise started, sounds like coins in a dryer.
It only does it in Drive and reverse. The motor is running smooth in drive and neutral.

Noises are tricky even with a video. Just with engine off tap on heat shields to exhaust parts and bet you find one or more where a spot weld let go and do that or maybe a dust shield if applicable covering flywheel isn't right or something in that area,
