I have a 1997 Mercury Cougar, it has 100,000 miles on it. Noticed it need Pads. Replaced all the rotos and pads and on the left side passenger side in the rear need a new Caliber which also was replaced. The others where in ok shape. After doing this I know have a banging sound coming from that rear passenger side that I did not have before and noticed that the new rotor is not turning 360 degrees like the others.Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by "not turning 360°" but at this point whatever problem you are having with that wheel needs to be fixed before driving..... Take the wheel off and inspect the assembly for the cause of whats binding the rotor/wheel. More than likely when you fix that problem you will probably take care of your banging problem as well
