Nissan Sunny 2011 clicking noise from engine when hot and at low rpm

Nissan Sunny 2011 1.6cc with mileage 118000 in kms.
Engine is making clicking noise and the noise is coming from the rear end of the engine but its not audible inside the cabin. Another symptom, when the engine is hot after driving for 20mins, slight clicking is audible inside the cabin only when I accelerate between 1000 to 2000 rpm.
I have a video of it, but I don't know how to attach here.

Kind of newish time wise but check flex pipe for exhaust. First signs can sound like engine problems ticking before they really make a rumble and let you know for sure.
Because a certain load (seems like) does this it should be that or perhaps not too soon for a heat shield which you can just tap on and see if one rattles a bit or looks bad at spot welds. Best guesses for the age of this,
