Nissan Micra Engine Rattle - Help Requested!

Hi guys and gals,
I am hoping there is a avid Micra engine lover on these Forums who might be able to assist me!
My Nissan Micra works absolutely fine, but there is a terrible rattle in the engine which gets faster as you rev or accelerate. I am terrible with cars so instead of typing hundreds of paragraphs explaining the problem, I have simply uploaded a video that shows the problem.

Not good at best and did hear it. Hope I didn't mess it up making the link cickable.
OK - to me sounds like a rod knock so far. Guess I would cancel cylinders one by one for sound to change, compression test then would have enough info do first look under valve cover for what should be obviously not right with probably one (that's all it takes to ruin the show) cylinder's valves not operating or other signs.
Near sure it's not just something bumping OUTSIDE engine, this is a real problem mechanically + internal just hope it's up top somehow and not a total tear down or lost cause,
