Farting noise from engine compartment

Make : Toyota
Model : Estima
Capacity : 3.0 Petrol
Kilometers : 85,000
Farting sound comes from the engine compartment when i start up the vehicle and move forward for about 100meters.
Mechanic says its the ABS pump but after running diagnostics everything is working fine!!!
Could anyone tell me what's the matter? Pleeeeeeezzzzzz.................

Power steering pumps make funny sounds when they go bad.

oh..., I now know what it is, I can picture it in my head i just didn't know thats what people called them.

I haven't had many vehicle that even had ABS.
Never had to work on a ABS system yet.
He said it was making a farting sound, I know I've had power steering pumps make sounds like
that before so that's why i posted.
