Car:2004 Civic Si- 172xxx miles
When taking off from a stop, the car will vibrate somewhere in the engine bay only in 1st and 2nd gear. It only happens sometimes when going straight from a stop, ALWAYS when making a right turn from a stop, and never when making a left turn. I am thinking this is being caused by a damaged engine mount but it does not explain why it only happens when turning right. I will link a video I took that shows the vibration in the car, and the noise I am hearing. https://youtu.be/T6vHDVpPowY

Next is the video of the engine mount in question. As you can see its damaged but it looks like its still holding the engine in place just fine so I do not know how that could be causing such a vibration through my car.

Noise also only occurs when I am on the gas. If I am just coasting there is no noise. Axles were also replaced within 100 miles and did not help the noise at all.

Can't make you videos show but doesn't matter. It's easy to rule out motor mounts and check them even yourself with a helper.
Put car in drive and fight brake while watching them then again in reverse. Almost always the bad one or more will show right up.
Caution! I call that like a "brake stand" and observer should be to the side of the vehicle not in front with that way in case car takes off. You don't need to go nuts with that test if you really have any bad ones they'll show right up.
If you just had drive axles done why didn't whoever did that rule this out then?
