Bad vibration and intermintely squeal on 01 ford super duty Login - Sign Up

I have a 01 ford f-350 super duty. I noticed a vibration in the front end and it is getting worse. Lately it developed a interminent squeak noise. The squeak is similar to the noise wwhen a wheel bearing is bad but just doesn't sound like a bearing. There is just a slight pull to the left side.

Sounds like you need to have the brakes inspected. A caliper dragging is a possibility. That wheel would overheat and cause the wheel to shake and pull and the overheated or worn out pads could cause the noise.
