98 sebring 2.4L noise. flywheel, balance shaft?

98 Chrysler Sebring 2.4L Convertible JX. I have this noise that no one can seem to pin point. Here is a link to the video. I was told possible balance shaft issue or cracked flywheel. If it's the flywheel it could be traveling through the crank and carrying the noise. Any help would be great help. Thanks.

If techs with car can't determine a problem in person you need new techs. For now see if harmonic balancer it intact and belt(s) run true,
