'98 Tacoma. Lawn mower noise coming from the front

the lawn mower noise seams to come from below where one changes the spark plugs. There is also an odor that I assume is carbon monoxide (dying from monoxide poisoning doesn't sound fun). This issue started when I moved my truck without letting it heat up (it wasn't super cold outside)
What do you think is the problem with my truck?

It probably cracked an exhaust manifold or maybe just blew out the gasket. You'll have to get it checked.
