Is this a no crank or a no start? No crank means the starter isn't doing anything and no start means the starter is cranking the engine, but the engine won't run. Model a requested please also. At a glance YOUR BATTERY isn't fine at all or connections. Super common low available power thru side post eyelets at battery or battery can deliver. Own the full size of this model year. DRLs on the exact model are low beams of sealed beams and can buzz under dash at some relay never checked more as it always starts and no issue with battery. I'd know if same exactly which but hasn't done it in about four years so forget it as I'll never find it for certain if it won't do anything wrong. Other similar were also headlight related but didn't prevent starting. Relays with improper power can buzz.
