FrownI thought the motor was blown or needed rod bearings but it started sounding better although it's real sluggish but has oil pressure and it has a vibration under driver feet and blows oil all over under hood.

Can't find this as an OE choice for S-10 anything but not totally the matter. It probably has a PCV issue with it plugged up somehow or excessive blowby causing pressure in crankcase, oil blows into an up and may find it back up at intake parts or blow hoses off and blow the oil.

Not a great sign for an engine,

C'mon DS, don't you remember Carnac the Magnificent? You are supposed to know the answer BEFORE the question is asked!

Your engine can have oil pressure and still be junk. High crankcase pressures and low power are indicative of blown rings. Do a compression and leakdown test to confirm.
