2004 Chrysler Sebring right wheel grinding after a recent repair

I recently had to replace my front right axle shaft and my right upper control arm and since I did that there's a constant grinding sound coming from my front right wheel. I can't imagine what it is other than maybe a wheel bearing but when I make a right turn the sound completely stops. Hoping to get some outside insight or advice. First time posting here!

They probably pulled on the backing plate and now it is making contact with the rotor.
