2001 Civic Engine Making noise that sounds like valve lash needs adjusted

As the title says, I have an 01' Civic with the 1.7L SOHC that came with that generation. It has 140 on the odo and is making a sound that I think means the valves need adjusted. I have a video I took where I moved the camera around. Local mechanic said not to worry about it, but here I am.

Honda uses mechanical lifters and they have have to be adjusted periodically.
