2000 BMW 323i Fan Noise

Hey all, I got a noise I'm trying to nail down in a 2000 323i.
It mostly happens for the first 5-10 miles on a cold engine, afterwards it settles down. When I accelerate, so does the noise. If first came about after the car sat for a month.
Is it a fan belt? Something else?
I recorded the noise in a video below. Any help is appreciated.

That noise would be hard enough to pinpoint standing over the top of it. It's about impossible over the Internet.
It could be any one of the belt driven components and it's going to take a very close examination to pinpoint it.
