There was a sudden front end banging/vibration. I slowed and pulled over, it felt like the front wheel was going to fall off. I shook the wheels, felt good. I started to go again, it sounded worse, I didn't go over 60 km/h, and it doesn't appear to be there under acceleration, but bangs at what I would say is the same frequency as the rpm of the wheels. It is very loud. Could it be a CV joint. The transmission feels fine, and as I say it doesn't feel bad under acceleration. What do you think?
