2000 k 3500. i replaced front brake pads and new rotors and also the rear shoes and adjusted the shoes.. this does have hydroboost.. have not messed with this kind of brake system before.. i know it runs off the power steering pump.. do i start with a new pump and see if that takes care of my low brake pedal, or is it common for having a bad hydroboost

A low pedal should have nothing to do with the hydroboost. You may have some air in the ABS unit. That will have to be bled electronically using a professional scan tool.
