91 Mercury Grand Marquis LS I replaced the brake master cylinder and bench bleed it I bled all the lines and blew them out with air before bleeding them now I have fluid coming to all four bleeder valves but when I start the car I have no brake pedal but with the car off it feels like a tough brake pedal what do I do

You blew the lines out with air?
That was your first mistake. NEVER introduce air into the system intentionally. Use fluid to flush it out.

You likely still have air in the system.

Same as HT you have air caught somewhere. Don't blow out lines with air as said.


Fluid shows but no pedal unless off you have no power assist so not the time to test well.


Probably start this all over may have to pressure bleed this all to get air out.


ABS or not I don't think it was standard on this?
