Hello,
I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero with a 2.2L eng. It has about 80K km. I am experiencing a very hard brake pedal. I have replaced the brake booster, master cylinder, ABS module and booster check valve. All calipers have been checked and are moving freely. All brake lines from front to back are new. Any suggestion on what may be causing this?

With the engine off pump the brake a couple times. Now plant your foot on it firmly and start the engine.
Did the pedal drop considerably when the engine started?

Hello,
No the brake pedal does not drop when the pumped with the engine off. Almost same stiffness.

That's not what I said. I said pump it a couple times to discharge it and then press on it firmly and start the engine while pressing.

Right as Hammer suggested. If you don't feel it exhausting assist when engine is off it didn't have any to begin with so look for a fault in getting and keeping vacuum where it belongs even in the new items mentioned that should do that if new could be a silly rubber grommet that doesn't seal?

Can we let him run the test I asked for before taking a left turn?

hello,
I performed the test as you requested. When the car was started, the pedal went down all the way and then after pumping it a few more time while engine running, it became hard again as it was before the test was performed.

OK, that test proves that the booster is working properly and your problem is elsewhere. It sounds like you may have lost one side of the dual system. I would get all four wheels in the air and have someone hold the brake until it hits that hard spot and see if someone else can turn any of the wheels by hand.
