Grunting Sound when braking at low speed Sign In

Hello Guys,
I am driving a 2003 Honda Accord. I changed my brake pads and rotors for all 4 wheels a few months ago. They are CENTRIC PLAIN 120 SERIES ROTORS. and Akebono Pads. the first week after I changed them, there was no noise at all. But it started after a week or so. It's a low-pitch grunting noise that goes like gerr..errr.gerr..gerr. when braking at low speed. It doesn't happen when driving at high speed. It only happens at very low speed when given more than half of the pressure. Here are some photos of the four wheels' current conditions. front and back. I don't know if the pads and rotors are the problems or that I did something wrong. Please help. Thank you

Something is ALL wrong! Find out before if dragging just all 4 wheel hoisted then dump all that stuff it didn't work out. Now doesn't matter if the cause or result they are ruined.

Cracks in rotor, a score mark. There's already a rusty outer ring some could but perfect wouldn't so much.
Need to know what more is wrong would help if you could see or still have old parts what was wrong other than very normal wear out leaving clues. Odd for now doesn't look like blue hot heated from dragging.

Other stuff: Calipers, hardware, hoses perfect a chance master cylinder isn't allowing return fluid? Contaminated fluid leaves a lot of IDK problem hope you are sure it was correct fluid used all rubber parts would fail not always the same way but brake rubber wouldn't behave for too long.

These parts may just be all wrong for this car or cloned absolute junk also a maybe?

IT'S NOT RIGHT BIG TIME SERIUSLY FIND OUT WHY THAT'S EXTREME TO ME,

T
