I have a 2014 hyundai accent 84,000 miles on it… I got my brakes and rotors changed two months ago and since then when i press on brakes my car makes a squealing noise and when i press all the way down on the brakes it makes a loud vrooom type of sound I can hear it more inside the car than outside, but it is noticeable outside also.
There is
also brake dust on the hubcaps after driving… I’ve also been hearing a
watery sound when i fully brake… What could be wrong ? … This all
started about a week after getting the brakes and rotor changed. It
usually starts about after 5-10 minutes of me driving around and
braking, then all of those sounds starts to happen.

So, why aren't you bringing it back to the shop that did the brakes?

I didn't take it to a shop ( which im planning on doing ) ... I had a mechanic friend do it for me plus i did take it back to him we took the brakes off and the rotors, nothing was wrong with them, the brake pads even still looked good... Also I forgot to add at this time he put on some stop squeaking oil on the pads and the squeaking stop for about a week but then the same thing starting going on again plus the other sounds were still there. I'm definitely planning on taking it to a shop for sure.

I think what he means is there used to be a black watery stuff that I think had carbon in it that you coated the pad surface with to eliminate squealing. I think it was made by BG Products.

No, Direct from BG. They are a pretty respected company. They sell directly to shops. I worked at a shop years ago that used that stuff on every brake job. I think I still have a bottle somewhere.
You can make things worse if you use too much.
