Brake Line Debris?
Front end shake, happens after around 30 minutes of city driving. Feel it strongly in the steering wheel, but it shakes everything hard. Gets continually worse until undrivable. Front drivers side brake caliper gets extremely hot (as well as; rotors, axle and rim). Only on the driver’s side. After about 45 minutes it becomes drivable again. Doesn't happen at all on short trips (under 10 miles). I tried replacing suspects, still the shaking returned. I replaced the Brake Pads and Rotors, both sides. On drivers side I replaced the Caliper and Brake hose. Flushed the reservoir and bled the brakes several times. Replaced in this order, Pads, Rotors, Caliper, Hose. Finally, it stopped. My thinking was (after replacing the rotors) that debris must be stopping the flow of fluid back out of the caliper and causing it to ride the brake. Ok now it's back but on the passenger side. The caliper, rose to 309 degrees while the driver’s side was 132 degrees. Aren’t most systems independent of each other, left front and right front? I'm fixing to replace the hose and flush the line and caliper of the passenger side. Could it be debris?

I don't know why you didn't replace both hoses in the first place. Now you have likely ruined 2 sets of pads and rotors. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

What is this thing? Hardware to caliper or pins can do this? That's super high temp beware if an alloy or plastic wheel trim on the rim you can wreck that won't make you day either, T (edit in more) if so hot it's warped rotor(s) they both go almost none can be made to work again, T
