1997 Ford E350 brake fluid leak

The brake system on a 97 Ford E350 im fixing up is leaking badly before the flex tubing at the front left wheel. I'll try and attach photos/video, but the gist is I got the vehicle running, noticed brakes didnt engage until pedal was at the floor, and even then barely, very spongey. I checked master cylinder, it was empty so I topped it up to see if it would help. It didnt, so I checked for leaks and I noticed that when I press on the brake pedal fluid hisses out of the brake line at a curve in the brake line about 4 inches before the flex tubing @ the FL wheel. I have never done any hydraulic brake work before, I figured I would be able to change out the flex tube if thay were the source but this looks more complicated, any advice on if this job is doable, and how to do it/what specifically looks to be the problem?http://autoforums.carjunky.com/photos/pic/55nCED/1599.jpg[IMG/][code]

I was trying to display your picture in the original question but I see you reposted it now. You need to reduce the size as it is way too large.
This truck is a severe rust bucket. The metal brake lines are rusted out and all of them will need to be fabricated and replaced. This is not an easy job and very time consuming. You cannot use any compression fittings as that is illegal on brake lines. Every connection must be double flared and use a threaded union.
I've done a lot of these and believe me, it is no fun.

How clever are you at bending tubing that is dirt cheap takes some practice tool(s) even cheap.
Problems will be flex hose will probably not cooperate for a new line to it so expect both side if keeping this go for it anywhere you can find rusted lines throw in fuel and trans line inspection too.
If that's the first you are ahead of where I live for vehicles that are used on places that use rock salt especially almost unheard of except flex hoses if vehicles don't leave some places.
It's doable but learning how. If so I suggest buying long pre-made lines with fittings already and real unions so you have both flare nuts the line. You may have to re-use some flare nuts or match those up? No telling and not sure you can look them up so easily the odd ball ones for some reason for me are reusable where they were.
Get ready it's not all fun but would be costly if there's lots more it takes up time for almost anyone,
