Okay so my son gets out of the car tonight steps on the door frame and this long side panel just falls off! There doesn't seem to be damage to the parts that hold it on, but will it just snap back into place? HELP!?!?

Sounds like it wasn't put on correctly in the first place.

Well still not helpful but at least it was funny,

How do I put it back on?

Do you have a pic to post? A part inside door or a body panel part - we can't just guess,

That is the drivers side laid out how it would go on the car. The hidden fasteners appear to be intact.

I'm sure there are some type of clips holding the rocker panel cover on that are either broken or missing but then again, it's there and I'm here.

So how do I reattach it, if all the fasteners are intact?

Take it to a body shop as you should have in the first place.
