SOS Rocker Panel Damage

 Hello all, first post, 2014 Cruze LT 1.4, I hit a snowbank (lightly so I thought) and this happened. Car is only a few months old and is a LEASE. There this HUGE dent and there is some paint cracking that you can't really see in the photo. Can someone estimate the repair just ballpark not exact obviously (Im in Canada but shouldn't be TOO different than US). Thanks

I'm not and estimator for actual costs and must be seen in person by someone who is. Nice try at the pic but dirt and if dented as well or is that somehow plastic will matter. YOU see paint flaws so my guess is only the guess a couple hundred US$ easy for flawless work if nothing else unseen was harmed.
Stinks no matter how you slice it,
