Looking to get a feel for body work costs for my vehicle Sign In

Hello all, I found this forum on google. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 and I would like to have some rusted out areas (2 to be exact) fixed up. Other than that the vehicle is in decent shape. Below I put links to images of the two areas that have the rusted out part and need repair. I am interested in getting a ballpark figure for the repair of these bad areas. I know, maybe an impossible ask as prices vary around the country and may be difficult to assess damage from the photos. Just a rough estimate would do me good. I am in Hawaii. thanks all and God bless. Below the links to the photos:

Hawaii has its own price structure so no guesses on that. It now would take new panels carefully spot welded in whole or just lower sections that drains somehow were clogged with mud or debris of some sort held water or whatever unseen too long.
Know this - when you see bubbles lifting like that on the outside the inside is almost always 10 times worse so whole area should be replaced.

Check if just part panels are available vs whole sections to use already the right shape.
Tend to the drains which should be just slots or an opening to let water out depending on use of this may have to do that periodically or it will just come right back. By tending to the drains I mean using wire or something to keep those working - they clearly didn't,
