How to fix bumper?!? Advice/photo

Any advice on how to repair this? Plastic bumper, hit trailer hitch (brakes are bad). The hunk is broken off, I placed it on top of where it was, its not attached. There are a few surface scrapes scratches not deep. The hunk off of it is about 1-2 cm thick, and 2in left/right, 1in up/down.e I was thinking Bondo or similar product, then paint touch up pen? Any suggestions???? I can only afford to put like $20-40 to it or just leave it be. By the way, I know the brakes are important, and they are being fixed tomorrow, I only drove the car home from purchasing it down the road.... so no need to jump me about WORRY ABOUT THE BRAKES!!! I know I know! It is not being driven till fixed... but the car was in 100% clean condition, and I would REALLY like to fix this soon! http://s1227.photobucket.com/user/las0194/media/Bumper/100_3767_zps76e5681d.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 Dont tell me I need to spend hundreds on a new bumper or paint job bc its not happening lol, I don't care for perfect, just dont want it that noticeable and there are tons of fix it yourself ways... just have never fixed anything myself, and dont know what the best options are for this.

You're not fixing that. There's a big chunk of of the bumper missing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
