Help identifying two car parts behind my front passenger tire Sign In

Hey guys recently wrecked a 91 Pontiac bonneville sse and I've noticed two damaged parts and I'd like your knowledge on identifying them

And also how much do you guys figure these repairs would cost if I cannot repair them myself

Here are some pics. Thanks guys! Note that the first picture is some sort of bar that became attached

Not sure what picture one is showing can you take a picture further away? In picture number two, are you talking about the wire that is damaged? Looks like the wire to the wheel speed sensor to me.

It looks like the car took a shot to the front wheel. One picture is a torn off control arm and the other is a damaged speed sensor wire.
