Bent subframe/subframe support pillar Sign In

Hello everyone, my name's Shannon and I need help with a 2007 Honda Fit that hit a rock on the driver's side lower control arm. The control arm got totally bent, and the half-shaft got pushed into the subframe and left a dent.

Worse still, it bent the subframe support bar, you can see the buckle in the first picture and the second shows a stress crack up front.

Not to mention the whole subframe shifted 1/2" or so.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, or have an guestimate on how much an auto body shop would charge for this? If I can loosen the bolts and slide the subframe back into its original position, and hammer the subframe support bar back into place and tack on a weld is that all an auto body shop is going to do? Or is there alot more damage here than I'm really seeing, like the whole subframe needing replaced? I already replaced the lower control arm, and thats when I noticed the wheel was still back in the well and found the bent support for the subframe...had been hoping the dent in the subframe wasn't anything to worry about, but its turning into my "can o worms"...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The close-up pictures might be nice to see something specific but none of those pictures show the actual damage. You need to take photos with the car on a lift from below, getting everything in one picture.

Sorry, didn't even look at the pics as body damage estimates are really impossible for several reasons and you wanted a guess at how much. Not ever my trade but worked with those that did as many do.

There are measurements to minute fractions if off in the wrong places require it right in front of you for subframe and this pillar support,
